British motorists admit to speeding!

MORE than four in five motorists break the speed limit, a survey today showed. Nearly 600 people were killed in 2008 in accidents where someone was driving too fast. And an astonishing 82 per cent of drivers admitted to sometimes or frequently exceeding the limit. A Department for Transport spokesman said: “We know that speed kills.
