Driver follows Satnav to cliff edge!

This is what happens when you put too much faith in your satnav. Common sense should have warned Robert Jones that this narrow cliff side path was no place for a BMW. But with his satellite-navigation system shrilly insisting it was the way, he just kept driving – until the car hit a fence and became stuck perilously close to a 100 ft drop. Yesterday Jones, 43, was found guilty of driving without due care and attention. He is thought to be the first person punished for slavishly following a satnav’s ordersorist punished for driving along track where local farmer says he would not take his horses! More
