Motorist clamped after 30 seconds!

The incident happened outside Exeter’s Central Station, which has become notorious for overzealous clampers. Network Rail had recently given assurances that the parking firm Premier Parking Solutions would not affix clamps or issue tickets to any car parked at the station for less than five minutes. Peter Webber, 48, a teacher, said his car was clamped about 30 seconds after he got out and went into the station to get change to feed the parking machine.  More
