'Teen Mom' star Kayla Sessler and her boyfriend, Ryan Leigh welcomed their first child together, son Zyaire Jaxon Leigh, in March 2024.

The world first met Kayla Sessler in March 2018 when she became of the cast of MTV's spinoff series Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant. At the age of 18, she welcomed her son, Izaiah, into the world on Sept. 30, 2017.

Since then, Kayla has been a prominent figure on the network, appearing in Teen Mom: Family Reunion. She's also been busy growing her family with the births of daughter Ariah on Aug. 16, 2019, and son Zyaire on March 13, 2024.
Her children have different fathers, but Kayla appears committed to her relationship with Ryan Leigh, the father of her youngest child. Here's what we know about Kayla and Ryan's relationship, including their current status.

So, are Kayla and Ryan from 'Teen Mom' still together?
At the time of writing, it's safe to assume that Kayla and Ryan are still together. They frequently share photos of each other on Instagram, although their respective accounts have since shifted focus to showcasing their adorable baby boy, Zyaire Jaxon Leigh.
In January 2024, Kayla uploaded a video on YouTube and answered a few fan questions about her life off-screen, including how long she and Ryan have been dating. Surprisingly, the couple has been together for much longer than we thought!

"Ryan and I have actually been together for over a year now. It just seems so new to you guys because we just recently announced on social media a few months ago," Kayla said in the video, revealing that the decision to keep the romance out of the spotlight was her decision. "It was really important to me that I could just enjoy my relationship in private."

However, before they started dating in 2023, Kayla and Ryan had a connection. Before finding love with Ryan, Kayla was in a relationship with Luke Davis, who just so happens to be Ariah's father. During this time, Kayla was accused of cheating on Luke with Ryan.
Also, during an October 2021 episode of the series, Kayla disclosed that she and Ryan had a brief relationship during high school when she was on a break from Stephan Alexander, the father of her eldest son, Izaiah. At one point, Ryan questioned the possibility of being Izaiah's father and requested a DNA test from Kayla.

Ryan admitted to cheating on Kayla in the past.
Unfortunately, things haven't always been sunshine and rainbows. In Season 3 of Teen Mom: Family Reunion, Kayla receives a really upsetting phone call from her mom, who tells her that Ryan is cheating on her. A girl in the Teen Mom subreddit claimed she was dating Ryan for seven months while he was still with Kayla.

"I'm pregnant with this man's child. I'm having all this information thrown at me. I don't know who to believe. It's very overwhelming," Kayla says in a confessional.
Having experienced betrayal before when her ex Luke cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter, Kayla rushes to the bathroom to remove her microphone.
Ryan quickly owns up to "entertaining" this other woman while he was with Kayla, later admitting they even shared a kiss. He denies sleeping with her, claiming that the woman was only coming forward for attention.
The other Teen Mom stars confront him, insisting that he still cheated on Kayla. Ryan then says he had already informed Kayla about the incident before the cast trip to Colombia.

However, nobody believes his story, with Jade remarking that Ryan "got let off the hook way too easy.."
Despite the challenges, Kayla and Ryan seemingly manage to resolve their issues and welcome the arrival of their first child together. Now, here's to hoping they have a lasting relationship filled with love, laughter, and joy!
